Created on Purpose

A Christ-Centered Girls’ Getaway in Mallorca, Spain
Seven days of faith, friendship, rest, adventure, and meaningful discovery.

This isn’t just a retreat.

It’s an invitation to step away from the noise, breathe deeply, reconnect with God, and remember the woman He created you to be.

A week to slow down and listen.

To laugh with new friends.
To explore breathtaking beaches and hidden calas (coves or small bays in Mallorca). To enjoy beautiful meals, meaningful conversations, and unforgettable adventures.

And beneath it all—to make room for God to awaken something deeper within you.

Perhaps you have spent years caring for everyone else.

Perhaps you have been faithful, responsible, and committed—but somewhere along the way, you lost touch with your own dreams, gifts, desires, or sense of direction.

Perhaps you know God created you intentionally, but you are longing for greater clarity around what He is calling you into next.

This sacred week in Mallorca was created to help you reconnect with God, rediscover your God-given identity, and gain greater clarity around your purpose and calling.

Stories of Healing & Renewal:
Reflections from women who have attended past retreats

“I came into the retreat feeling completely exhausted—emotionally, spiritually, and mentally. I didn’t even realize how much I was carrying until I finally had space to slow down. Through the teaching, the time with the Lord, and the safe environment Danielle created, God met me in such a personal way. I left feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to Him than I have in years."

- Laura L,

"I’ve never felt so safe, seen, and understood in a group setting before. There was no pressure to perform or pretend. Every woman showed up real, and Danielle led with such wisdom, gentleness, and truth. The connection, the conversations around the fire, the shared moments—it all felt so sacred. I didn’t want to leave. I can't wait for the next retreat!"

– Spencer K.

"This wasn’t just a retreat—it was a turning point for me. The core belief work opened my eyes to patterns I’ve been stuck in for years. And the Happy Kid Toolkit gave me actual tools to change how I communicate and respond, especially in my family. I didn’t just feel encouraged—I

left equipped."

– Jenny K.

“I came to the retreat carrying the grief of losing my son. It became a safe and sacred space to heal. Through worship, prayer, scripture, and nature, I felt God’s comfort in a new way. Surrounded by loving women and the peace of the mountains, I left restored, grateful, and reminded that God still brings beauty from

brokenness.”

– Kelly H.

The Heart Behind Created on Purpose

For years, I knew God had placed gifts, dreams, and a calling within me—but fear, pain, responsibility, and the opinions of others often made it difficult to move forward with confidence.

My own journey has included deep healing, hard obedience, seasons of waiting, and learning to trust that God does not waste our stories. He redeems them. He uses them. And He often reveals our purpose through the very places where we once felt broken, overlooked, or unsure.

Created on Purpose was born from that journey. This retreat is more than a beautiful week in Mallorca. It is an invitation to step away from the noise, reconnect with God, rediscover the woman He created you to be, and make room for greater clarity around your gifts, purpose, and calling.

As a fluent Spanish speaker, I also love that I’ll be able to help our group move through Mallorca with greater ease, connection, and confidence.

My prayer is that you will leave Mallorca feeling refreshed, deeply connected to Jesus, and more courageous about the life He is inviting you to live.

Wondering if This Mallorca Getaway Is Right for You?

I want you to feel informed, prepared, and completely at peace as you prayerfully consider joining us. Below are answers to the questions you may have about the retreat experience, travel, accommodations, and registration.

Still need clarity? Please reach out. I’m happy to help.

  • What’s included in the retreat investment?
    Your retreat investment includes:

✓ Six nights of Mallorca villa accommodations
✓ Round-trip group airport transportation during designated arrival/departure windows
    ✓ Daily breakfast or brunch
✓ Light lunches, generous snacks, and full dinners
✓ One relaxed local dining experience
    ✓ A full-day private boat charter with a skipper
✓ Swimming, secluded calas, caves, and available water sports during boat excursion
    ✓ Guided hiking experience
✓ Beach, biking, farmers market, village, and cultural outings
    ✓ All Christ-centered teaching sessions
✓ Prayer, worship, Scripture, and guided reflection
✓ Retreat workbook, gifts, and thoughtful touches throughout the week

*Airfare and certain personal expenses are not included.
  • Do I need to come with a friend or know someone attending?
    Not at all.

Many women attend retreats on their own, and you will not be the only one arriving without a friend. From the moment you arrive, the retreat will be intentionally designed to foster warmth, belonging, conversation, and genuine connection.

You are welcome to come with a friend, sister, or family member, but you do not need to know anyone beforehand to feel included.
  • How should I travel to Mallorca?
Most guests traveling from the United States will depart on Saturday, May 15, 2027, fly overnight into Madrid or Barcelona, and then take a connecting flight to Palma de Mallorca on Sunday, May 16.

Guests are responsible for booking their own flights. Detailed travel guidance, recommended arrival times, and transportation instructions will be provided well in advance.

Whenever possible, booking your international and connecting flight on one itinerary can provide additional protection in the event of delays.
  • When should I arrive and depart?
The retreat begins on Sunday, May 16, 2027, with afternoon arrivals, time to settle in, and a welcome dinner that evening.

The retreat concludes on Saturday, May 22, 2027, after our final morning gathering and breakfast.
  • Is airport transportation included?
Yes. Round-trip group transportation between Palma de Mallorca Airport and the retreat villa will be included during designated arrival and departure windows.

Guests will receive the recommended flight times and exact transportation schedule before booking travel. Please plan your flights within those designated windows to take advantage of the included group transfer.

Guests who arrive early, depart late, experience significant flight delays, or choose flights outside the designated transportation windows will be responsible for arranging and paying for their own transportation to or from the villa.

Transportation for all scheduled retreat activities is also included.
  • What are the sleeping arrangements?
Created on Purpose is an intimate retreat with both shared- and private-room options.

Most guests will share a bedroom with one other woman. Room assignments will be arranged thoughtfully, and you may request to room with a friend during registration. Every effort will be made to honor rooming requests, although specific rooms, beds, and bathroom arrangements cannot be guaranteed until the villa is finalized.

A very limited number of private rooms will be available for guests who prefer exclusive occupancy. Because reserving a private room reduces the number of women the retreat can accommodate, private-room pricing reflects exclusive use of the entire bedroom.

    Shared-room investment
    Early registration: $3,195
    Standard registration: $3,495

    Private-room investment
    Early registration: $5,495
    Standard registration: $5,995

Private rooms will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to the final villa layout.
  • Will meals accommodate dietary restrictions?
We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate common dietary needs and food allergies when they are disclosed in advance.

Because meals will be prepared for the group in a private villa kitchen, we may not be able to guarantee accommodation for every highly specialized diet or eliminate all risk of cross-contact.

You will have an opportunity to share allergies and dietary restrictions before the retreat so we can communicate clearly about what can be safely accommodated.
  • How physically active will the retreat be?
The retreat will include walking, hiking, swimming, beach outings, water sports experiences, and time aboard a private boat.

You do not need to be an athlete, but you should be comfortable with moderate activity, uneven surfaces, getting on and off a boat, and spending time outdoors.

Some activities may be optional depending on safety, weather, and the specific itinerary. Please communicate any physical limitations or concerns before registering so we can help you determine whether the retreat is a good fit.
  • Will I need to speak Spanish?
    Not at all.

While Spanish is widely spoken throughout Mallorca, you will not need to navigate the retreat experience on your own. Danielle is fluent in Spanish and will be available to communicate with local vendors, guides, restaurants, transportation providers, and others throughout the week.

You are always welcome to learn and use a few phrases for fun, but language will not be a barrier to feeling safe, supported, or fully included.
  • What should I pack?
A detailed packing guide will be provided before the retreat.

    You can expect to need:

✓ Comfortable, stylish casual clothing for relaxed days and outings
✓ A few sundresses or elevated outfits for dinners, photos, and beautiful Mallorca moments
✓ Swimwear, cover-ups, and sandals for beach and boat days
    ✓ Walking or hiking shoes
✓ Layers for cooler mornings and evenings
    ✓ Sun protection
    ✓ A reusable water bottle
✓ Your Bible and personal journal
✓ Any medications and necessary travel documents

You will not need a formal wardrobe. The overall atmosphere will be relaxed, beach vibe, beautiful, and comfortable.
  • Are flexible payment options available?
    Yes.

Flexible payment options will be available at checkout, allowing eligible guests to divide the retreat investment into monthly payments for 6 months up to 12 months.

Your reservation is secured once checkout is successfully completed.
  • What is the cancellation policy, and do I need travel insurance?
Because retreat expenses must be paid well in advance and many costs are nonrefundable, all registrations will be subject to the cancellation and refund policy presented at checkout.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for every guest. A comprehensive policy may help protect you in the event of illness, flight disruption, lost luggage, or another covered circumstance that prevents you from attending.

Guests are responsible for understanding the coverage and exclusions of any policy they purchase.
  • What’s not included?
The retreat investment does not include:

    - Round-trip airfare
    - Passport expenses
    - Travel insurance
    - Personal shopping
    - Optional activities or services not listed in the retreat itinerary
    - Meals, lodging, or transportation before or after the official retreat
    - Individual airport transportation outside designated group arrangements

*Guests may use airline miles, credit-card points, preferred airlines, or choose to extend their travels before or after the retreat.
  • Is this retreat only for women who are already strong in their faith?
This retreat is Christ-centered and grounded in Scripture, prayer, worship, and a personal relationship with Jesus.

You do not need to arrive with a perfect faith, complete clarity, or all the answers. You simply need to be open to seeking God and participating respectfully in a Christian retreat environment.

Women from different church backgrounds and seasons of faith are welcome.

Flexible financing may be offered through a third-party financing provider. Financing approval, monthly payment amounts, interest, fees, repayment terms, credit requirements, and account management are determined solely by that provider.

Choosing financing does not change the total retreat price or the cancellation policy.

Any financing charges or interest assessed by the financing provider are separate from the retreat investment and may be nonrefundable. Guests remain responsible for complying with the financing agreement they enter into with that provider.

The Organizer is not responsible for:

Financing approval or denial
Interest rates or financing fees
Payment schedules established by the provider

A valid passport
Any required entry authorization or visa
All airline tickets and connecting flights
Any documents required by Spain, the European Union, an airline, or a transit country
Copies of important travel and medical information
Adequate time between connecting flights

United States travelers should independently verify current entry requirements before travel. Current State Department guidance states that a passport generally must remain valid for at least three months beyond the planned departure from the European Union, but requirements can change.

The Organizer is not responsible if a Guest is denied boarding or entry because of an expired or insufficiently valid passport, missing authorization, visa issue, criminal-history restriction, airline policy, or failure to satisfy entry requirements.

Guests should not purchase airfare until they receive the Organizer’s official arrival and departure guidance.

8. Arrival, Departure, and Airport Transfers

Guests traveling from the United States should generally plan to depart on Saturday, May 15, 2027, to arrive in Mallorca on Sunday, May 16, 2027.

The retreat will conclude on Saturday, May 22, 2027.

Round-trip group transportation between Palma de Mallorca Airport and the retreat villa will be included only during the designated arrival and departure windows communicated by the Organizer.

Guests who:

Arrive before or after the designated window
Depart outside the designated window
Miss the group transfer
Experience significant flight disruption
Extend their stay before or after the retreat are responsible for arranging and paying for their own transportation.

The Organizer cannot guarantee that group transportation will wait for a significantly delayed flight.

9. Rooming and Accommodations

Most Guests will share a bedroom with one other woman.

Roommate requests may be submitted during registration and will be honored when reasonably possible. However, the Organizer cannot guarantee a particular roommate, bedroom, bed type, bathroom, view, location within the villa, or room configuration.

Guests purchasing a private room receive exclusive occupancy of one bedroom, subject to the final villa layout. A private room does not necessarily include a private bathroom.

Rooms may vary in:

Size
Bed type
Bathroom access
View
Décor
Storage
Proximity to shared spaces

These natural differences do not entitle a Guest to a refund or price reduction.

Guests must treat the villa, furnishings, equipment, and property with care. A Guest may be held financially responsible for damage caused by her intentional acts, negligence, or failure to follow property rules.

10. Meals, Allergies, and Dietary Needs

The Organizer will make reasonable efforts to accommodate common dietary restrictions and food allergies disclosed by the requested deadline.

However:

Meals will be prepared in a shared private kitchen
Cross-contact cannot be completely eliminated
Not every highly specialized or medically restrictive diet can be accommodated
Guests may need to bring supplemental foods when approved in advance

Guests with severe or life-threatening allergies must contact the Organizer before registering or immediately after registration.

Each Guest is responsible for:

Providing complete and accurate allergy information
Carrying necessary medications
Understanding the risks of dining in group and restaurant settings
Making appropriate personal food decisions

The Organizer cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

11. Cancellation by the Guest

Because the retreat requires advance commitments for accommodations, transportation, activities, food, staffing, and vendors, the following cancellation policy applies:

Cancellation on or before November 15, 2026

The Guest may receive a refund of retreat payments received by the Organizer, less:

A $300 administrative fee
Any nonrecoverable payment-processing charges
Any nonrefundable third-party costs already committed specifically for that Guest
Any financing fees governed by the third-party provider

Cancellation from November 16, 2026 through January 15, 2027

The Guest may receive a 50% refund of the retreat purchase price, less any nonrecoverable processing or financing charges.

Cancellation on or after January 16, 2027

All retreat payments are nonrefundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Failure to attend, late arrival, early departure, travel-document problems, missed flights, illness, injury, family emergencies, work obligations, or changes in personal circumstances do not create an automatic right to a refund.

Any refund approved by the Organizer will be issued to the original payment method or handled in accordance with the third-party financing provider’s procedures.

Registration transfer

A Guest may request to transfer her registration to another eligible woman, subject to:

Written approval from the Organizer
Completion of all required documents by the replacement Guest
Compatibility with the original room type
Payment of any price difference
A $150 transfer administration fee
Completion of the transfer no later than April 15, 2027

The original Guest remains responsible until the transfer has been fully approved and documented.

12. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Guests should consider coverage for:

Trip cancellation
Trip interruption
Medical emergencies abroad
Emergency evacuation
Flight delays or cancellations
Lost or delayed baggage
Illness or injury
Covered family emergencies
Supplier or carrier disruption
“Cancel for any reason” coverage, when available

Insurance must be purchased directly from an independent provider. The Organizer does not sell insurance, recommend a specific policy as suitable, or make decisions about coverage or claims.

Guests are solely responsible for understanding the policy’s eligibility requirements, exclusions, deadlines, and coverage limits.

13. Organizer Cancellation, Postponement, or Material Change

The retreat requires a minimum number of paid registrations to operate safely and responsibly.

The Organizer may cancel, postpone, relocate, or materially modify the retreat because of:

Insufficient enrollment
Villa cancellation or unavailability
Severe weather or dangerous sea conditions
Fire, flood, earthquake, epidemic, or public-health emergency
Government restriction
War, terrorism, civil unrest, or security concerns
Transportation disruption
Vendor cancellation
Illness, injury, or emergency affecting essential retreat leadership
Any event making performance illegal, impossible, unsafe, or commercially impracticable

If the Organizer cancels the entire retreat before it begins and no suitable replacement retreat is offered, the Organizer will provide the remedy required by the registration agreement and applicable law.

The Organizer is not responsible for reimbursing airfare, hotels, insurance premiums, passport expenses, financing fees, or other travel costs purchased independently by a Guest.

For that reason, Guests should purchase refundable or changeable travel arrangements and appropriate travel insurance.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive a Guest’s non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law. EU rules may impose specific obligations on organisers selling combinations of accommodations, transfers, and excursions as one package.

14. Itinerary and Activity Changes

The published schedule is representative of the intended experience and is not a guarantee that every activity will occur exactly as described.

The Organizer may substitute, reschedule, relocate, shorten, or cancel an activity because of:

Weather
Sea conditions
Safety concerns
Guide or vendor availability
Local closures
Transportation delays
Group needs
Circumstances outside the Organizer’s reasonable control

The full-day boat charter, swimming locations, caves, calas, watersports, hiking routes, e-bike routes, and beach outings are especially dependent on weather, water conditions, participant ability, and the judgment of local professionals.

A reasonable itinerary adjustment does not automatically create a right to a refund.

15. Health, Medical Care, and Fitness to Participate

Each Guest is responsible for determining whether she is physically, medically, emotionally, and spiritually able to participate.

The retreat may include:

Walking and hiking
Uneven or slippery terrain
Stairs
Swimming in open water
Entering and exiting a boat
Hiking & Walking
Sun and heat exposure
Watersports
Group transportation
Extended time outdoors

Guests do not need to be athletes, but should be capable of safely managing the activities they choose.

Guests must disclose any relevant medical condition, allergy, pregnancy, mobility issue, or other limitation that may affect their safety or require accommodation.

The Organizer cannot guarantee that the villa, transportation, beaches, boat, trails, or activities will meet every accessibility need.

Participation in any activity is voluntary. Guests should stop or decline an activity whenever they believe it is unsafe or unsuitable for them.

16. Assumption of Risk and Activity Waivers

International travel and retreat participation involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

Transportation accidents
Falls
Drowning
Open-water conditions
Boat-related injury
Cycling accidents
Hiking injuries
Sun exposure
Food reactions
Illness
Theft
Delayed emergency response
Acts of third-party providers

By attending, the Guest knowingly accepts the ordinary and inherent risks associated with travel and voluntary retreat activities.

Certain vendors—including the skipper, boat operator, e-bike company, transportation company, or excursion provider—may require separate waivers or participation agreements. A Guest who refuses to complete a required vendor waiver may be unable to participate and will not necessarily receive a refund for the missed activity.

This section should be supplemented by a professionally drafted, separate liability waiver.

17. Independent Vendors

The Organizer may arrange services through independent third parties, including:

Villa owners or property managers
Airlines
Transportation providers
Boat owners, skippers, and charter companies
E-bike guides
Restaurants
Tour guides
Activity providers

These providers are independent contractors and are not employees of the Organizer.

The Organizer will use reasonable care in selecting providers but does not control every act, omission, policy, or operational decision of an independent vendor.

Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

18. Emotional and Spiritual Scope

The retreat may include personal reflection, discussion of life experiences, prayer, biblical teaching, and emotionally meaningful group conversations.

Participation does not create a therapist-client, physician-patient, attorney-client, or clergy-confidentiality relationship.

The retreat is not:

Medical treatment
Psychiatric care
Psychotherapy
Crisis intervention
Legal advice
A substitute for individualized professional services

Guests experiencing acute psychological distress, suicidality, active addiction requiring medical supervision, or another crisis should obtain appropriate professional care rather than relying on the retreat.

The Organizer may contact emergency services or an emergency contact when reasonably necessary to protect a Guest or another person.

19. Conduct and Group Safety

Guests agree to behave respectfully toward other Guests, retreat leaders, vendors, local residents, and property staff.

The following may result in removal from the retreat:

Harassment, bullying, threats, or violence
Discriminatory or degrading conduct
Sexual misconduct
Possession or use of illegal drugs
Dangerous intoxication
Repeated disruption
Intentional property damage
Refusal to follow material safety instructions
Conduct that threatens the well-being or privacy of the group

A Guest removed for misconduct is responsible for her own alternative lodging and transportation and will not be entitled to a refund, except where required by law.

20. Alcohol and Substances

The retreat does not include alcoholic beverages unless specifically stated.

Guests are responsible for complying with Spanish law and all villa, transportation, and activity-provider rules.

Illegal drugs and unsafe intoxication are prohibited. Alcohol may not be consumed before or during an activity when doing so would create a safety risk or violate a vendor’s rules.

21. Personal Property

Guests are responsible for safeguarding their own passports, money, electronics, medications, jewelry, luggage, and personal belongings.

The Organizer is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or left behind, except to the extent liability cannot legally be excluded.

22. Photography, Video, and Media Choice

Photography and video may be captured during the retreat for memories, storytelling, and future promotional use.

Guests will be given a reasonable opportunity to decline inclusion in identifiable promotional images or video.

A Guest who does not wish to appear must notify the Organizer in writing before the retreat and remind the Organizer upon arrival.

The Organizer will make reasonable efforts to honor that request, but cannot control incidental appearance in images taken by other Guests or in public settings.

Guests agree not to record or publicly share another Guest’s vulnerable personal story, prayer request, or private retreat conversation without express permission.

A separate media-release selection is recommended during registration.

23. Confidentiality and Privacy

Guests are expected to treat personal stories and sensitive information shared during retreat sessions with care and confidentiality.

The Organizer will encourage confidentiality but cannot guarantee the conduct of every participant. Therefore, Guests should use personal discretion when sharing private information.

Guest information will be used for retreat administration, safety, communication, payment processing, and other legitimate business purposes consistent with the Organizer’s privacy practices.

24. Emergency Contact and Medical Authorization

Each Guest must provide a current emergency contact and disclose relevant medical or allergy information requested by the Organizer.

If a Guest cannot make decisions during an emergency, she authorizes the Organizer to contact emergency services, medical providers, her emergency contact, or appropriate authorities.

The Guest remains financially responsible for all medical treatment, evacuation, transportation, medication, or emergency expenses incurred on her behalf.

25. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from or relating to the retreat, registration, payment, or the relationship between the Guest and the Organizer will be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Nothing in this section is intended to limit or waive any mandatory consumer protection, travel, package-travel, or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable United States, Spanish, or European Union law.

Good-Faith Informal Resolution

Before filing a lawsuit or beginning another formal proceeding, the Guest and the Organizer agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally.

The party raising the dispute must provide written notice describing:

The nature of the complaint
The relevant facts
The requested resolution
Any supporting documents reasonably necessary to evaluate the matter

Written notice to the Organizer must be sent to:

Peacemakers, LLC d/b/a The Happy Family Coach
danielle@happyfamilycoach.com

The parties will have at least 30 days after receipt of written notice to attempt to resolve the matter informally, unless immediate legal action is reasonably necessary to preserve a claim, seek emergency relief, or comply with an applicable deadline.

Mediation

If the dispute is not resolved informally, the parties agree to attempt to resolve it through confidential, nonbinding mediation before proceeding to litigation, unless mediation is prohibited, impracticable, or inconsistent with a non-waivable legal right.

The mediation will:

Be conducted by a mutually agreed-upon mediator
Take place in Hamilton County, Tennessee, or remotely by videoconference if mutually agreed
Be conducted in English
Be attended by individuals authorized to resolve the dispute

Unless otherwise agreed, each party will pay its own attorneys’ fees and expenses, and the mediator’s fee will be divided equally between the parties.

If the parties cannot agree upon a mediator within 20 days after a written request for mediation, either party may request assistance selecting a qualified mediator through an appropriate Tennessee mediation service or court-approved mediator directory.

Court Proceedings and Venue

If the dispute is not resolved through informal discussions or mediation, any lawsuit arising from these Terms or the retreat must be brought in a state or federal court having jurisdiction in Hamilton County, Tennessee, unless applicable law requires that the claim be heard in another jurisdiction.

Each party consents to the personal jurisdiction of those courts and waives objections based solely upon inconvenient forum or improper venue, to the extent such objections may lawfully be waived.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from:

Seeking emergency or temporary injunctive relief
Filing a claim in an eligible small-claims court
Reporting a matter to a governmental or consumer-protection authority
Exercising any right or remedy that applicable law does not permit the party to waive
Mandatory Consumer and Travel Rights

The choice of Tennessee law and Hamilton County venue does not eliminate any mandatory rights or remedies that may apply to the Guest under Spanish or European Union law.

Because the retreat combines accommodations with other travel services such as transfers and excursions, package-travel rules may apply depending on how the retreat is structured, marketed, sold, and operated. European rules may impose organiser responsibilities concerning disclosures, performance of included services, cancellations, refunds, assistance, and insolvency protection.

If any part of this section conflicts with a non-waivable legal right, the non-waivable legal requirement will control only to the extent of that conflict.

26. Severability, Entire Agreement, and No Waiver
Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined by a court or other authority of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law.

If it cannot be enforced, it will be severed or modified only to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the following documents, constitute the entire agreement between the Guest and the Organizer concerning the retreat:

The checkout-page disclosures
The refund and cancellation policy
The assumption-of-risk and liability waiver
The privacy policy
The media-release selection
Any health, dietary, emergency-contact, or participation forms
Any waivers required by independent activity providers
Any written retreat-specific terms expressly incorporated by reference

These documents replace any prior or contemporaneous oral or written representations concerning the retreat, except for written amendments issued or signed by the Organizer.

Marketing descriptions, photographs, proposed itineraries, and informal conversations are not guarantees that every activity, amenity, vendor, room arrangement, or itinerary detail will remain unchanged.

Amendments

The Organizer may make reasonable updates to these Terms when necessary to comply with law, address safety concerns, clarify existing provisions, or reflect changes in retreat operations.

Any material change affecting a registered Guest’s rights or obligations will be communicated in writing.

No Guest may modify these Terms unless the modification is contained in a written agreement signed by an authorized representative of the Organizer.

No Waiver

A party’s failure or delay in enforcing any provision of these Terms does not waive that provision or the right to enforce it later.

A waiver of one breach does not constitute a waiver of any other or subsequent breach.

Electronic Acceptance

Electronic acceptance, including checking an agreement box, completing checkout, or submitting payment, has the same effect as a handwritten signature to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Because the current EU package-travel framework was revised in March 2026, these provisions should be reviewed before the 2027 retreat by counsel familiar with both Tennessee contracts and international travel-package regulation.

27. Agreement

By completing registration or submitting payment, the Guest confirms that she:

Has read these Terms & Conditions
Understands the retreat’s Christian nature
Understands the physical and travel requirements
Accepts the cancellation policy
Understands that airfare is not included
Understands the room option selected
Accepts the inherent risks associated with travel and voluntary activities
Agrees to complete any required waivers and forms

Refund and Cancellation Agreement

I understand that my registration for Created on Purpose: A Christ-Centered Girls’ Getaway in Mallorca, May 16–22, 2027 reserves accommodations, meals, transportation, activities, and other retreat services that must be secured and paid for in advance.

I understand and agree to the following cancellation policy:

Cancellations submitted in writing on or before November 15, 2026 are eligible for a refund of retreat payments received by The Happy Family Coach, less a $300 administrative fee and any nonrefundable payment-processing or third-party financing fees.
Cancellations submitted from November 16, 2026 through January 15, 2027 are eligible for a refund of 50% of the retreat purchase price, less any nonrefundable payment-processing or third-party financing fees.
Cancellations submitted on or after January 16, 2027 are nonrefundable because retreat accommodations, transportation, excursions, meals, and vendor commitments will have been secured.

I understand that late arrival, early departure, missed or delayed flights, illness, injury, family emergencies, passport or entry-document issues, work conflicts, or other personal circumstances do not automatically qualify me for a refund.

If I am unable to attend, I may request to transfer my registration to another eligible woman. Transfers must be approved in writing, completed by April 15, 2027, match the room type originally purchased, and are subject to a $150 transfer fee and any applicable price difference.

I understand that if I select third-party financing, my financing agreement is separate from this retreat cancellation policy. Interest, fees, and repayment obligations are governed by the financing provider and may not be refundable.

I understand that comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect my investment against covered illness, emergencies, travel interruptions, flight disruptions, and other unforeseen circumstances.

By checking this box, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to the retreat’s complete Terms & Conditions and refund policy.
