For years, I carried pain I didn’t know how to release—trying to stay strong for everyone else while quietly breaking inside. It wasn’t until I slowed down, met God in my pain, and allowed the Holy Spirit to heal the parts of my heart I’d hidden that true freedom began.

Renew & Restore was born out of that journey. It’s more than a weekend away—it’s sacred space for women to rest, heal, and reconnect with the God who still restores all things. My prayer is that you’ll leave lighter, closer to Jesus, and confident in the beautiful story He’s writing with your life.

What’s included in the cost of the retreat?
Your retreat experience is designed to be all-inclusive so you can fully relax, receive, and be present. Your investment includes:

• 4 days / 3 nights of luxury accommodations in a beautiful Joshua Tree desert villa
• All meals, thoughtfully prepared by a professional chef using clean, nourishing ingredients
• Unlimited coffee & tea station available throughout the retreat
• A live cooking demonstration during one of our shared meals

Will meals accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes.

All meals are prepared by a professional chef with a focus on clean, nourishing, whole ingredients.

You’ll have the opportunity to share any dietary needs or restrictions ahead of time, and we will do our best to accommodate them so you feel cared for and supported throughout your stay.
What should I pack for the retreat?
You’ll receive a detailed packing guide as the retreat approaches, but in general, I recommend:

• Comfortable, relaxed clothing
• Activewear for movement and hiking
• A light jacket for cooler desert evenings
• Swimsuit for pool, hot tub, and cold plunge
• Comfortable walking shoes
• A journal and Bible

Most importantly—come as you are. There’s no pressure to dress a certain way or show up any differently than yourself.
Is there an age requirement to attend?
This retreat is designed for adult women (18+).

Because of the depth of the conversations and the nature of the work we’ll be doing, it’s best suited for women who are ready to engage in personal reflection, emotional growth, and spiritual renewal.
Is this retreat really worth the investment?
This is a meaningful question—and an important one.

Renew & Restore: A Journey to Wholeness

1. Retreat Dates & Location

The Renew & Restore Retreat will be held July 26–29, 2026 in Joshua Tree, California at a private luxury desert villa.

The exact property address and arrival details will be provided upon registration and as the retreat date approaches.

2. Payment & Pricing

Standard Investment: $950
Payment Plan Option Available

Payment plans must be completed in full prior to the retreat start date.
Your space is reserved once your initial payment has been received.

Due to the intimate nature of this experience, space is limited.

3. What’s Included

• 4 day / 3-night stay in a luxury Joshua Tree desert villa (shared accommodations)
• All meals, thoughtfully prepared by a professional chef using clean, nourishing ingredients

4. What’s Not Included

• Transportation to and from Joshua Tree
• Airfare, rental cars, or rideshare expenses
• Travel insurance
• Personal snacks, off-site meals, or souvenirs
• Optional add-on purchases (e.g., The Happy Kid Toolkit or merchandise)

5. Cancellation Policy

Because your spot reserves lodging, meals, and curated experiences, the following policy applies:

• Cancellations made on or before June 26, 2026 (30 days prior) will receive a full refund minus a $150 administrative fee.

• Cancellations made after June 26, 2026 are non-refundable due to pre-booked accommodations and vendor commitments.

• You may transfer your registration to another woman if you are unable to attend. Please notify us at info@happyfamilycoach.com
at least 72 hours prior to the retreat.

• In the case of emergency circumstances (illness, injury, or family emergency), you may request consideration for a credit toward a future retreat.

6. Rooming & Accommodations

All rooms are shared unless otherwise specified.

Roommate requests may be submitted by email and will be honored when possible. If no preference is listed, a roommate will be thoughtfully assigned.

Every effort will be made to create a comfortable, peaceful, and supportive environment for all guests.

7. Health, Wellness & Activity Disclaimer

By attending this retreat, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

This retreat includes optional physical activities such as hiking, horseback riding, Pilates, and use of wellness amenities (pool, hot tub, cold plunge). Participation is voluntary.

You agree to participate at your own pace and assume responsibility for any risks associated with these activities.

This retreat is not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or psychological care.

8. Travel & Liability

The Happy Family Coach / Peacemakers, LLC is not responsible for travel delays, cancellations, personal injury, lost belongings, or unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.

9. Media Release

By attending, you grant permission for The Happy Family Coach to capture and use photos or video footage for promotional purposes.

We are mindful to use non-invasive, non-identifying content whenever possible.
If you prefer not to be included, please notify us in writing prior to the retreat.

10. Changes & Adjustments

In the event of unforeseen circumstances (weather, safety concerns, or vendor availability), The Happy Family Coach / Peacemakers, LLC reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to the retreat schedule, experiences, or accommodations.
