Day 1: Arrive & Prepare Your Heart
Theme: Letting Go & Making Space for Renewal

Day 2: Healing the Body & Renewing the Mind 

Theme: Trauma-Informed Healing & Thought Transformation

  • Morning worship & guided devotional Session 2: How the Body Remembers What the Mind Tries to Forget 
    • Understanding emotional pain, trauma responses, and biblical restoration 
    • Body-based healing practices (breathwork, movement, grounding techniques)

Day 4: Wholeness, Identity & CommissioningTheme: Walking Forward Restored

    • Speaking declarations of truth and healing 
    • Closing circle: Communion, anointing, and prayer

Meet Danielle, Your Retreat Host & Guide

I’m Danielle Alvarez Greer—biblical counselor, faith-based life coach, and creator of The Happy Family Coach. This retreat was born from my own healing journey. I created it for women who are ready to let go of the pain they’ve carried and discover deep, lasting renewal in Christ. You don’t have to do this alone—I’d love to walk with you.

  • Do I have to come with a friend or know someone to attend?
    Not at all! Many women come solo—and they leave with deep, life-giving connections. We’ve created a safe, welcoming environment where you’ll be seen, known, and supported from the moment you arrive.
  • What if I haven’t experienced trauma—just stress, burnout, or emotional pain?
    You’re in the right place. This retreat is for any woman carrying the weight of emotional wounds, overwhelm, or spiritual weariness. Whether it’s grief, anxiety, people-pleasing, or exhaustion, this retreat is designed to help you release what’s heavy and receive what God has for you.
  • Will meals accommodate dietary restrictions?
    Yes! You’ll be able to share any allergies or dietary needs at checkout. We’ll do our very best to ensure that you feel cared for and nourished throughout the weekend.
  • What should I pack for the retreat?
    You’ll receive a full packing list by email closer to the retreat, but plan to bring comfy clothes, a Bible, journal, layers for cool evenings, and anything that helps you feel cozy and at peace. There’s no pressure to dress up—just come as you are, ready to rest and receive.
  • Is there an age requirement to attend?
    Women ages 17 and up are welcome! Whether you're 18, 35, or 65, this retreat is designed to meet you right where you are. We believe healing is for every generation, and our sessions are Spirit-led, age-inclusive, and deeply relevant no matter your life season.
  • Is this retreat really worth the investment?

Renew & Restore: Women’s Healing Retreat
September 18–21, 2025 | Chattanooga, TN

1. Retreat Dates & Location
The Renew & Restore Women’s Healing Retreat will be held September 18–21, 2025, at Riverview Inn on Lookout Mountain in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

2. Payment & Pricing
Standard Price: $660

Early Bird Price: $600 (with coupon code, valid through July 15, 2025)

Payment Plans (if selected) must be completed by September 1, 2025

3. What’s Included
3-night stay at Riverview Inn (double occupancy room)

Daily breakfast, 2 lunches, and 3 dinners

All retreat sessions, materials, and workshops

Access to retreat amenities: hot tub, pool, fire pits, group meeting space, and walking trails

4. What’s Not Included
Transportation to and from the retreat

Off-site meals, snacks, coffee shop items, or souvenirs

Personal items or any purchases outside retreat programming

5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made on or before August 18, 2025 (30 days from retreat start date) will receive a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee.

Cancellations made after September 11, 2025 are non-refundable due to lodging, catering, and preparation expenses.

You may transfer your registration to another woman if you can no longer attend. Please notify us at least 72 hours before the retreat by emailing info@happyfamilycoach.com.

6. Rooming & Accommodations
All attendees will be assigned a shared king suite with another woman attending the retreat. Roommate assignments will be finalized at check-in.

If you are registering with a friend or family member and would like to room together, please enter their full name in the 'Roommate Request" field. We will do our best to accommodate all requests based on availability.

7. Health & Safety Disclaimer
By registering, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being throughout the retreat. This experience is not a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment.

In the case of illness, emergency, or severe weather, The Happy Family Coach reserves the right to adjust the schedule, retreat content, or accommodations as necessary.

8. Media Release
By attending this event, you grant permission for The Happy Family Coach to use group photos and video (non-identifying) for future promotional materials, unless a written request to opt out is submitted in advance.
